While on Break

Happy New Year! What a WILD year 2025 was. I am so thankful for each person that I have had the opportunity and pleasure to meet past year. I’m thankful for new friendships and so grateful for each and every one of you who have chosen to partner with me in my missional journey (in all capacities). Most of all I am so blessed for the Kingdom family in which we are all a part. Circuit Riders has honored me with the opportunity to do this in a maximum capacity, but the truth is missions is not just for the mission field as long as our hearts are for Him and His Kingdom. Our hearts, lives, and actions must declare His faithfulness and our identity. This past year the Lord continued to walk with me in this truth, whether it was mentoring and teaching kids or scooping ice cream. I am so filled with gratitude for God’s grace and patience with me. Okay, so that was last year! What about 2026? What is happening with Circuit Riders?

For the last couple of weeks, I have been home for break, resting and reconnecting with family and friends. But now until mid-march I go on TOUR! Recently mentioned in earlier blogs, the Circuit Riders Black Voices tour for my team and I will look something like this: traveling to seven states to visit college campuses, attend youth rallies, and other possible missional side quests. We will spend time worshipping, training, and studying together. In general, as the Spirit leads, our college and youth gatherings will follow this schedule:

Day 1- our team will arrive and meet with our campus partners. After this, we will host an event for students or youth that will include worship, gospel preaching, testimonials, and an invitation to return for Day 2.

Day 2- This day will include evangelism training/outreach, Bible study break outs; a “Brave Love” gathering (a circuit rider’s mission study for the women), and a “Men Who Lead” gathering for the guys. This day may include Bible preaching and worship as well.

Sprinkled throughout our schedule will be travel days, rest days, as well as space for team building/bonding moments. This is what my team schedule will look like for the majority of our tour until the end of February when we will travel to the first ever Black Voices conference! The conference, held in Atlanta, GA, will look similar in schedule but differ in some aspects.

As we head out, continued support is needed in these ways:

Prayer support for…

-Health

-Unity within my team

-Host generosity (that our hosts throughout tour will feed us!)

-Longevity for our van

-Longevity for all of our instruments and equipment

Financial support…

-Meals

-Personal Hygiene supplies

-Transportation

-Giving/tithes (acts of generosity towards others we meet)

What a way to start off the year! I cannot wait to see what the Lord has in store for my tour and the tours of many others! More information is coming soon!

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)

Blessings,
